
Key Lime Pie
This recipe is pure and simple. Real key lime flavor.
Ingredients
- 5 ea egg yokes
- 1 1/4 cup lime juice Nellie & Joe's preferred
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1 ea prepared grahm cracker crust
Instructions
- Whisk or beat the egg yokes until pale yellow and almost double in size in a medium bowl.
- Add the balance of ingredients and mix well.
- Pour into the pie shell and bake for 20 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
- Chill for at least 2 hours until set.
Notes
