Ingredients
- 1 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup water warm
- 4 each eggs
- 1/4 cup butter melted, unsalted
- 11/2 tbsp sugar optional
Instructions
- Combine flour and salt in a bowl and mix.
- Combine eggs, milk, water and melted butter in a separate bowl, whisk until blended.
- Add flour and wet mixture into blender (or food processor) and blend until smooth.
- Make crepes in a 8" to 10” round pan. Coat pan with spray, add a thin layer of crepe batter. Once slightly translucent, flip. Should be golden brown on each side.
Notes
These crepes can be stuffed with sweet or savory ingredients. Here we stuffed with bananas and chocolate. You could use any fruit like strawberries, blueberries or mangoes. Savory ingredients could be shredded chicken, vegetable medley or cheeses. The crepes can be put aside for a few hours and cook filled later.
