DEATH RATE CHANGED BY FLORIDA
NEW CASES CONTINUE TO CLIMB
There should be no surprise that a few days after a major holiday, covid-19 cases surge! Not just in Florida, but in major cities across the country. The median age for new cases continues to go down. That means the younger generations are less cautious and more active.

Very troubling is the retroactive death rate changes reported by the state of Florida. While the rates looked very low last week, they are doubled for the same date this week. In other words what they reported as very low death counts, turns out to be half of what they really were! The accuracy of the reported data is suspect on a day-to-day basis.

SOCIAL DISTANCING IS THE ANSWER
Despite all the regulations, the only sure way NOT to get the covid-19 virus is to practice and understand social distancing. The CDC recommendations are here, but the basics are simple – staying 6 feet or more from other people is the best way to stay safe.
